VestaWood prefabricated wooden houses are manufactured in our wood factory, which has a total area of 27,000 m2, including 2,800 m2 of covered space.
We have 4 different standard models: YONCA Model, ARDIC-1 Model, ADIC-2 Model, and CEVİZ Model.
Structure & Foundation
The structural system of wooden houses consists of wooden frames. The type of wood used is yellow pine or spruce. The entire system is designed after structural static analyses are performed. Projects are prepared taking into account the seismic values of the region where the structure will be built.
Our wooden houses have two types of foundation systems. The first is wooden piles, and the second is a reinforced concrete platform.
Interior and Exterior Wall Cladding Materials.
The interior and exterior cladding of VestaWood prefabricated wooden houses is prepared according to our customers' requests.
The first type of exterior cladding is weather-resistant, heat-treated and impregnated wood cladding that is resistant to insect infestation and decay.
A second alternative is exterior cladding covered with fiberglass mat. It creates a safe surface with fiberglass reinforced against moisture.
As with the exterior cladding, Vestawood prefabricated wooden houses use two different materials for interior cladding. The first is wood veneer that is reinforced against insect infestation and decay, and treated with wood preservative and impregnation; the second cladding material is gypsum board.

YONCA Model Prefabric House
The YONCA Model Prefabricated Wooden House is the smallest of our standard wooden house models.
It is a single-story house. It consists of a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a small storage room at the back. There is a terrace at the front.
The total area, including the terrace is 23,08m2.

ARDIC-1 Model Prefabric House
The ARDIC-1 Model Prefabricated Wooden House is another one of our standard wooden houses. It is a single-story house.
In addition to a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a small storage area at the back, it also has a bedroom. Like the Yonca Model, there is a terrace at the front.
The total area, including the terrace, is 49.91 m2.

ARDIC-2 Model Prefabric House
The ARDIC-2 Model Prefabricated Wooden House is another one of our standard wooden houses.
Its interior architectural layout is completely the same as the ARDIC-1 Model wooden house. The only difference is the roof system and the location of the entrance door. The entrance door of the ARDIC-2 Model prefabricated wooden house is on the side.
It is a single-story house. In addition to a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a small storage room at the back, there is also a bedroom. As with the Yonca Model, there is a terrace at the front. The terrace area is smaller than that of the ARDIC-1 Model house.
The total area, including the terrace is 38.14 m2.

CEVIZ Model Prefabric House
The CEVIZ Model prefabricated wooden house is the largest wooden house. It is two-story. It is very comfortable and practical.
The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room. It is quite comfortable for a family of 4 to live in.
A very stylish staircase leads to the upper floor. On the upper floor, there is a very spacious and functional bedroom with two beds. As with other prefabricated wooden houses, there is a terrace at the front.
The total area, including the terrace is 60.66 m2.
